“Boo Crew” is a collection centered around a set of badges for an imaginary secret society for Halloween lovers. The Boo Crew is a nod to every neighborhood gang of trick-or-treaters and is meant to celebrate kids and communities coming together over a shared love of spooky season.

To make the collection more engaging, I created an energetic cast of characters having a Monster Mash dance party. A unexpected color palette helps these monsters feel more silly than spooky and helps keep the collection cohesive across feature prints and secondary patterns.
Products in this collection included paper tableware, sticker sets, tote bags and assorted party goods. I also created a spooky storytelling game called “Tell Me a Story”. This game helps kids learn about character development and flex their storytelling muscle as they craft tales based on the character, setting and action cards they draw.
